Experienced Baidu Pay Per Click Manager

Nanjing Marketing Group is seeking a full-time dedicated Baidu pay per click manager. The pay per click manager's duties include analyzing the performance of multiple pay per click accounts for various industries and implementing changes to maximize client return on investment. The pay per click manager will seek to consistently improve their effectiveness through all available methods such as experimentation, reading, attending industry events and communicating with other pay per click managers.
The client accounts to be worked on will include accounts for businesses of many different industries. NMG clients include small businesses, as well as major International brands and multi-billion dollar Internet companies. Their marketing goals include driving conversions, promoting their brand name and even just 'testing the market'. With this in mind, the pay per click manager must show flexibility and a willingness to continuously learn.
As the manager of pay per click in a quickly growing company, the pay per click manager will seek to create systems and processes that are scalable. They should expect to manage other pay per click staff in the future.
The pay per click manager should expect to work from 9am to 5pm each day. Work may be done from home or from NMG's office in Nanjing, China.
Payment includes a base salary and aggressive quarterly bonuses based on performance goals.
Applicants must have:
- At least one year of experience in Baidu pay per click management.
- A track record displaying great results.
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin China.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Baidu Tongji.
- A focus and interest in maximizing return on investment for NMG's clients.
In addition, the following would be an asset to the role:
- Ability to effectively communicate in written English.
- University education in business.
- Three or more years experience with pay per click management.
- Experience dealing with English-speaking non-Chinese people.
- Experience with other aspects of Internet marketing such as search engine optimization, social media marketing, web design, copywriting, conversion rate optimization or landing page optimization.
- Experience writing simple HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with content management systems such as Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla.
- Experience with Chinese-to-English translation.
