Nanjing Marketing Group is a bi-lingual team of digital marketers. Most of our 20 full-time team members are born-and-raised in China. Others are originally from USA, Canada, the UK, Armenia and Zimbabwe. We speak Chinese, English, Japanese, Russian, French, Armenian and even a few rarer dialects like Nanjingese and Hawaiian Pidgon!
Digital marketing is constantly evolving, those who evolve with it tend to win. We approach work with the mantra of "Explore, Create, Discover" or "探索，创新，发现". In essence this is a way of viewing the scientific method, and is not unique on its own. What is unique is the extent that we put it to use in our work, from hiring to project analysis to customer development.

Tait Lawton was born and raised in Canada and first started studying Mandarin Chinese in 1998. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in international business from University of Alberta, including studies abroad in Nanjing University, he has worked in sales, marketing and translation positions.
Nanjing Marketing Group (NMG) was founded by Tait in 2009 with the goal of aiding Western companies to reach Chinese consumers online. As founder, Tait is primarily focused on team-building and overseeing projects at a strategic level.
He is now the Pay Per Click Department Manager, which means he oversees a team of several dedicated paid search marketers.
